- 4 ounces white wine (I used Sauvignon Blanc)
- 2 ounces blackberry infused vodka (you can substitute straight vodka)
- handful of blackberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2-4 ounces gingerale
- In a pint sized mason jar, combine wine and vodka. Add enough berries to fill jar while berries are fully submerged. Cover with a lid and refrigerate over night.
- When ready to serve, add ice and top with ginger ale.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
